Worded Wednesday

I have a few words to say today so it is not so wordless for me....I need material for a blog...gah!! The weather has not been over co-operative here and on the clear dry days it seems that the birds disappear. I have spent hours taking photos through my windows learning to use my new camera and trying to capture that one special shot. I have a ways to go yet in perfecting my focusing issues but I will get there.

  1. I love that tree dripping with moss in your yard Robbie. Looks like the woodpeckers and Northern flickers do too. Great shots! I love chickadees, and have yet to see a Varied Thrush very cool shot. I find it difficult to photograph Juncos beacause of the black head and black eye, I love yours(did I ID the first one correctly? Is it a Junco?).

  2. Thanks Debbie..you did ID it correctly..I should have label them, shame on me. First is a Dark-eyed Junco, then a Varied Thrush, a Hairy Woodpecker, Northern Flicker and last but not least a Chestnut-backed Chickadee.
