My 2010 Highlight

This year I have to say without a doubt, my highlight of the year was visiting the George C. Reifel Migratory Bird Sanctuary  to observe the growth of the Sandhill Crane chick.

From momma sitting on her nest, to tender moments shared, these photos don’t even come close to the excitement I felt with each visit.

  4. I can see why this experience was your highlight of the year for you. Such a clumsy cute bird, both the babes and adults. Especially enjoyed the view of the wee one stretching out it's leg. Wonderful post and photos!
