After our chores were done for the day, my husband suggested we go for a drive to explore some photo ops. Living in Alberta, there are canola fields as far as the eye can see. It’s yellow everywhere!!
Yes but Canada changed the name when it developed a new variety with a lower toxic erucic acid then rapeseed. The term canola was coined from "Canadian oil, low acid"
Aren't canola fields also called rape fields?
